FAIL OFTEN
FAIL FORWARD.
It's only a little but of frustrating to me when people have negative relationship with failure.
When you wake up early and prepare yourself to go to the gym to work out, know you're actually seeking failure, you want to take your muscles to the point where you get to failure because that is
where the adaptations is, that's where the growth is.
Successful people fail a lot, they fail a whole lot more than they succeed but they extract the lessons from the failure and they use that energy and wisdom to come around to the next phase of success.
You have to take a short, you have to live at the EDGE of your CAPABILITIES. You have to live where you're almost certain that you will fail.
That's the reason for practice and practice is controlled failure. You're getting to your limit, you can't lift that, you can't do that, until you get to the point that all of a sudden your body makes the
adjustments and then you can do it.
Failure helps you to recognize the AREAS where you need to EVOLVE, so FAIL EARLY, FAIL OFTEN and FAIL FORWARD
Life is a journey that one need to pass through, you may fail a thousand times but you will rise two thousand times because it was a learning PROCESSES.
I don't compare my self with people but I reflect back and internalize the mistakes I made and learn from it.
MAY THIS STORY BE AN ENCOURAGEMENT TO SOMEONE OUT THERE.
